Join us September 24 for a presentation on the history of Hudson River Sloops and the Beacon Sloop Club, whose volunteers have raised awareness of our city’s maritime heritage for nearly half a century. We will welcome long-time Sloop Club members Alan Thomas and Thomas LaBarr for the presentation.

We gather at the Elks Club of September 24 at 7 p.m. All are welcome! There is plenty of free parking. We thank B.P.O.E. #1493 for warmly inviting us into their beautiful lodge for our monthly meetings.
